Pokerbaazi

India’s largest online poker brand wanted to pitch their game as fair, fun, and accessible. That meant changing the mainstream Indian perception of poker being an unpredictable game that’s always at the mercy of luck, whether good or bad or both. Working with the PokerBaazi team, we developed a full-scale campaign that put the power back in the hands of the player. A cheeky but profound reminder that luck may be a winner everywhere else in life, but in poker, it doesn’t play at all.

The Illustration

The visual world was created taking cues from the rich illustrated motifs found behind playing cards. These motifs were then weaved into intricate frames that  encompass the bold typography.
